And, these are components for ‘solar powered car’.
Making solar powered car with students of Daewang Middle School!
I expect that they are good at making.

 

 

Before making, Daejayon teachers explained it.

 

 

Regarding solar powered car, we should talk about ‘new and renewable energy’.

New and renewable energy is energy that comes from resources which are continually replenished such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves and geothermal heat.

 

 

Solar powered car is a typical example of using new and renewable energy.
Actually, many people are interested in and familiar with this energy car, and even solar powered car competition is held every year overseas.

 

 

Then, let’s make this!

 

 

Teachers explained how to make solar powered car in detail.

 

 

 

Most boy students made without teacher’s helping by themselves.

Wow, they are so fast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She is the first of girl students in making.

 

 

 

After completion, students charged solar powered car on the playground.

‘Solar powered car racing tournament’ was held.

Ready, go!

 

 

 

While some were working well, there were the cars which couldn’t start.
Because they connected wire wrong.
And there were cars which went backward.
It was because motor was connected backward. So connecting correctly, cars went forward well.
