Daejayon follows the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection” and “Personal Information Protection Policy” which is designated by The Ministry of Information-Communication. Also, Daejayon enacts the “Daejayon Personal Information Protection Policy” and follows, and all the members can read it on the Daejayon homepage www.greatnature.org.
4. Daejayon Personal Information Protection Policy can be revised according to the Daejayon’s policy and act.
5. If the Daejayon Personal Information Protection Policy is revised, the policy will be announced through the Daejayon homepage (www.greatnature.org).

Daejayon Personal Information Protection Policy is like below.

1. DAEJAYON accredited certification services provide procedures of consent to the personal information protection policy or a Use Agreement in order for users to consent to collection of personal information, and consider the act of clicking on the 「Consent」button the consent to collection of personal information.
2. DAEJAYON accredited certification services collect personal information to a minimum extent for the following purposes:

(1) Certificate issuance: name, resident registration number

(2) Various notices related to certification services: e-mail address, address, telephone number
3. DAEJAYON collects personal information not for commercial purpose but for providing service.
4. The way to collect personal information is below:
DAEJAYON accredited certification services do not collect sensitive personal information that may infringe upon fundamental human rights.
5. The range of collecting personal information is below:

(1) Name, resident registration number, e-mail address, address, telephone number.

(2) These are collected for providing service.

(3) Also these are collected for preventing illegal things.

(4) The option is for providing service as well, so you don’t need to write.
6. DAEJAYON accredited certification services do not collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, creed, birthplace, political matters, crime sheet, health record and sexual life.

1. Personal information of a user will be provided to a third party only when the user consents to such provision or such provision does not violate the relevant laws.

1. Where a child of less than fourteen (14) years old applies for services, DAEJAYON accredited certification services require the consent of a legal representative. A legal representative may request for reading, correcting a child’s personal information or withdrawing services (revoking certificates).

DAEJAYON accredited certification services collect personal information through the registration authority and the like in applying for services, and users may read and correct their own personal information in the column of subscriber information change on the certificate management menu of DAEJAYON homepage.

1. In case of amendment (addition, deletion, change) of personal information protection policy according to changes in laws, governmental policies, or security technologies, DAEJAYON accredited certification services notify users of the changes and the date of application through its bulletin board at least seven (7) days before the date of amendment.

1. DAEJAYON accredited certification services designate and employ a person in charge of managing personal information. Where personal information has been infringed upon or there is a complaint with respect to the use of services, please send an opinion to the below relevant department, and DAEJAYON accredited certification services will take immediate measures and notify the results.
