Biotope is an ecology club composed with village residents.

They had time learn about the plastic problems that gave us convenience

but has become the main culprit of environmental destruction.

The subject of the the theory education is "Plastic Island."

Did you know that plastic that we easily used

are the main culprit of environmental destruction?

Plastic bags, clothes, shoes, cell phones and cars have become inseparable in our lives,

but now it is causing environmental pollution as well as threatening the human life.

Most of the plastics we use and throw away goes to the sea.

And many marine animals that mistook plastic waste for food are dying.

Microplastics accumulates in animals, plants and fishes

and then enters the human body, which has fatal impact on health.

Through the theoretical education,

the members of Biotope, ecology club in Goyang City, learned the danger of plastic

and participated making their own eco-bag in determination to reduce plastic.

They decided to use the eco-bags in daily life

that are beautifully designed by their own ideas.

Let's take action so that the Earth no longer becomes a Plastic Planet!
