Book Curation of University Student Environmental Activists with Two Environmental Books
As a part of the Energy Value Sharing Project with DAEJAYON,
Korea Energy Agency Gyeonggi Branch, Korea Institution of Building Technology,
energy efficiency, energy supply donation, energy education were provided at
Nuri’s House in Yeoju, Donggwangwon in Suwon, Good House Children’s Center in Ansan
DAEJAYON operated the Energy Knowledge Power Plant,
donating 200 environmental books to each institution,
so that the students could get access to various knowledge.
Environmental book curation was held with the environmental activists
from Nature Plus, an environmental club of Shingu College
Through the book "The Live Earth Global Warming Survival Handbook,"
students interestingly learned the actions and ways to survive when the earth gets hot.
Through the book "Uncle Choi Yeol's Story of Global Warming,"
students learned how serious global warming is, the causes of global warming,
what the future holds for us, and the countermeasures to prevent global warming.
Through continuous energy value sharing activities,
we will make more effort to become an exemplary example of energy welfare sharing
by informing the importance of the environment along with the energy saving effects
through improving energy efficiency of buildings to the teenage students.
