GREEN CAMPUS ACTIVITY

Yes it is! The Green Campus Forum held today! 

This forum is held by Daejayon and sponsored by University of Cape Town.

First we introduced Daejayon and had an environmental lecture on Daejayon Report.

Through this lecture, we explained that the reason why we, Daejayon, begun environmental activities, why we have to discuss the environment in here and why we have to work together from now on.

Students who joined the meeting agreed with us.

We also presented the cases of Green Campus and introduced 2011 World University Student Climate Summit.

Many students were interested in environment. And some students were interested in activities of Daejayon. So we explained in detail continuously after the forum!

Many campaign booths were prepared after the forum.
There were panel exhibition on climate change, palm signature to be a campus environmental guard and hopeful tree event etc.

Members of Daejayon explained about climate change that caused by global warming and how serious it is through panel exhibition.

Many students said that they felt many things through this forum even though they had never thought about the seriousness of environment.

They realized the seriousness of climate change and importance of our practice.
They also participated in hopeful tree events that attaching memo written their will to protect environment.

He is writing his will on the memo!

There was a palm signature booth as well.
By signing, students agreed to be an environmental guard!

Many students participated in the palm signature to protect environment!

We expect how they will move enthusiastically.

The signature gathered and made a masterpiece.
