The closing ceremony of the 1st Climate Environmental Leader Training Course was held
in both online and offline due to the spread of COVID-19.
The course started with an opening ceremony
at the Peace Museum of the 8th UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon,
and environmental actions were carried out for three months.
The closing ceremony was held along with the NET ZERO proposal presentation
and awarding the excellent presenters.
At the closing ceremony, we had an activity result report to share the activities
that were conducted through the training course.
During the training course, the students carried out environmental activities
such as NET ZERO Bingo, plogging, dishwashing with soap nuts with the "NET ZERO Kit!"
Carrying out diverse environmental campaigns,
they promoted the activities on blogs and social media.
The Climate Environmental Leaders reduced 2 tons of carbon
through the ZERO! Carbon Data mission.
Discussion activity for the NET ZERO Proposal was conduct
during the three-month period of the training course.
Amony many teams, one team discussed for more than three hours.
Many specific ideas were gathered to achieve carbon neutrality.

The proposals were all about the things that we should all think for the future
and the improvements that should be made.
Among the proposals,
ten excellent students made their presentation at the closing ceremony.
The judges and students evaluated the presentations.
While the evaluation scores were added,
students participated in a survey and quiz through the online 'Quiz Talk.'
The completion ceremony and award ceremony were held after the evaluations were finished.
The Climate Environmental Leader students received the certificates.

After the awards ceremony, Secretary General Ban Ki-moon gave a general review
to students who completed the climate environmental course,
emphasizing the need for encouragement and actions to make change as leaders.
Looking forward to the world that the climate environmental leaders,
who has grown through a short but long three months, will walk forward,
we hope everyone will encourage and participate in environmental protection!
