Earth Walk for Climate Refugee

2013 Green Shop was open by Nature+, environmental club of Shingu College.
We can share things unused and buy with reasonable price through Green Shop and help climate refugees with profit of this.
First of all, let me introduce 2013 Green Shop! 

Wow, it is more beautifully decorated than 2012.
Let's look at inside.

From books of major that is university student's best necessity

to various book, there are a lot of books!

Besides bag, clothes, kitchen utensils, home appliance..
It is no exaggeration to say that Green Shop is Multi Shop!

And more meaningful thing is that all of them were gathered through donation.
Green Shop was made for reusing resource, recycling and reducing waste by encouraging peoples to donate things not in use and other to buy it.

Every Wednesday, you can visit Green Shop in Shingu College community welfare center.
As you know, profit of Nature+ Green Shop is used for helping Bangladesh climate refugee.
And we can buy eco-friendly soaps and air-freshener Nature+ member made.
They look so happy, hearing the good purpose of Green Shop.

Green Shop is full of smile always!
Especially eco-friendly soaps and air-freshener are Shingu College student's favorite.

Previous flight attendants visited Green Shop and cried in surprising "Gorgeous!"

Many students have interest in Green Shop.
Green Shop is going to take part in helping climate refugee with more various programs.

Actually, last year Green Shop sold 152 clothes, 88 books and 50kg miscellaneous goods.
According to the UK's “The Carbon Trust”, Korea Forest Service's “Carbon Offset Standard” and Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute's Carbon Management team's research, for one year of 2012, Green Shop made a effect of reducing about 2,310kg carbon dioxide!

Our small practice, conserving and donating stuffs make great outcome like this.

Like this, we can guess how important one student's environmental activity is in university.

And one more welcome news!
In 2013, we can experience Eco-Class in Green Shop!

Eco-Class is an activity which through we can do Eco-Experience.
On March, making eco-friendly lip-balm is prepared.
And on April, making eco-friendly bag and on May, making eco-friendly air-freshener will be done.

So this month March, we made lip-balm.
A lot of citizens participate in this program.
For making Green Campus, Nature+ run Green Shop today also.
There will be so many meaningful programs!
