Today is the day of DAEJAYON ICLEI Voluntary Team 6, 

‘EchoMC: Echo-Maintainable City' 

to promote the ICLEI for the first time!

We've been to Sangsangmadang nearby Hongik Univ. station with the several panels 

that all the team members made before. ^^

We set up the panels right away when we reached Hongdae Sangsangmadang. ^^

Hope you may see the efforts we made. ^^

We delivered the situation of the Earth and its sorrow.

And also put the activities that people can practice to save the Earth in the panels 

for the SUSTAINABLE CITIES.

EchoMC members are explaining with all their strength! Aren't they wonderful? ^^

We conducted a survey of everyone who participated in the campaign 

before & after the explanation of the urgent situation of the Earth 

and how we can practice to save the Earth.

The contents of the survey consist of how people thought of the situation of the Earth 

before listening to the campaign 

&

 things to check that they came to realize and to practice.

Participants actively answered the questionnaire 

and answered with all their heart and soul~.

Especially teenage school girls and preliminary college students. ^^

Even foreigners!!

This foreigner here was especially curious of lots of things~.

Thanks to a good English speaker in our team member, 

we could make a survey of foreigner too!

We gathered people with two panels given by DAEJAYON~.

Two of our team members actively promoted the campaign.

Two gentlemen in the picture of panel are TV stars, Julian & Robin!!

Mentioning them helped attracting people's attention. :)

Those who listened to the explanation made a promise by putting a sticker, 'Practice!'.

Today's campaign was a chance to make real SUSTAINABLE CITIES 

by informing people about the seriousness of 

the situation of the Earth and things to practice to save the Earth.

Most of people were astonished by our explanation that the Earth is in great danger...

All the participants showed their will to practice for the SUSTAINABLE CITIES! ^^

We made about 100 surveys for couple of hours!☆

This is the end of 1st ICLEI promotion at the Hongdae Sangsangmadang 

for the SUSTAINABLE CITIES!

DAEJAYON & ICLEI extend to the world! Cheer up! ^^
