Today's environmental class for Inchang Middle School students
is about 'the story of forest dying due to paper' and 'making a recycled scrap paper notebook'.

Let's look into how much thoughtless paper use destroys the environment.

The amount of paper use is extremely huge.

South Korea also uses lot of paper,

ranking no.13 in the world.

The thoughtless paper use causes the production of more paper,

which finally cutting lots of trees.

The logging destroys forest

and damage of the environmental pollution due to the forest destruction comes back to us.

What should we do to protect the thoughtless logging?

It is to use recycled paper, which is without chemicals.

The recycled paper is good for our health as well as the environment.

Let's use the recycled paper from now on! :)



Before experimental activity,

students learned the examples of recycling paper

with explanation of today's teacher, Sang-hyo.

We can make many things such as a pencil, a frame, and an eco wedding invitation

with paper which we throw away.

That's why we need to recycle paper! :D

So, we will make a recycled scrap paper notebook today!

Let's make a recycled scrap paper notebook

with a cute cover of Jayonee, our mascot.

It is easy to make it.

At first, overlap scrap paper and a cover.

Then, make a hole with a gimlet.

Then, fix the overlapped paper

and bind it with thread.

But here is one point to be careful!

It may be confusing to bind paper with thread.

All students are absorbed :)

Isn't it so cute? 

Today, the students realized the value of paper,

which we use a lot in our daily life.

The students resolved not to forget the value of paper

by using the recycled scrap paper notebook. :)
