PRODUCING LITTLE DAEJAYON

Spring with pink cherry blossom passed and green and fresh summer comes.
On a day of May, we met fresher Inchang Middle School students.

Trees in the school also had already changed its color
and welcomed Daejayon!!

The theme of today's Little Daejayon environmental class is
"The Angry Earth"
It was the first step to learn the seriousness of climate change caused by global warming.

The first part of "The Angry Earth"
was about the seriousness of climate change caused by global warming.
Minuk explained the reason why the Earth gets hotter
and how living organisms are affected by global warming.

The students concentrated on the class,

craning their ears!
What excellent students!  ♡_♡

In the second part of "The Angry Earth",
Jeongjin explained worldwide disasters caused by climate change and their resolution.

M..Maybe the students get bored....

In order to enhance concentration, we had quiz time!
The quiz about the names of endangered animals in "The Angry Earth" uplifted the students!

Through "The Angry Earth",
Inchang Little Daejayon realized
how selfish greed of human destroys ecosystem and global environment.

In order to prevent mass extinction that scientists forewarn,
Little Daejayon promised to have interest in global warming and endeavor for the Earth!

The next part was experience activity.
Making eco-friendly mosquito repellent!

In summer,
there is always war against mosquitoes!

Many ordinary repellents sold on market contain substances

which are harmful to human body as well as the environment.

Thus, we made eco-friendly mosquito repellents

which drive away annoying mosquitos

without harming our bodies and the environment.

It is even easy to make.
You just need 140g of ethanol, 60g of purified water, 50 drops of cinnamon bark and 20 drops of citronella.

According to the teacher's explanation,
the students made the mosquito repellent by helping each other.

These are the eco-friendly mosquito repellents the students made by themselves!
The sticker crinkled up due to water.
Although this activity needs concentration and caution,

all students finish the activity successfully. :D

As Inchang Little Daejayon concentrated to the class

and followed the teachers' instruction well,

today's class for learning serious global warming and making eco-friendly mosquito repellent

ended successfully! :)
