PRODUCING LITTLE DAEJAYON

Today, there was the second Little Daejayon environmental class

for Baeksong High School~

Thanks for welcoming us with smile! :D

Today's activity was making eco-friendly T-shirt.

As it takes some time to dry the paint,

we did the experience activity first. :)

The paint that we used today is eco-friendly paint,

unlike the usual paint!

What is eco-friendly paint?! It is eco-friendly product

that is made of natural materials

which are not harmful to human body and the environment.

The main components are eucalyptus oil, linseed oil,

rosemary oil, and dammar oil.

Actually, the students said

that the paint smelled like trees, plants and oil.

At first, the students looked embarrassed

as most students were male,

but soon they enjoyed making the T-shirt.

so cute :)

We were surprised

as all the students made the T-shirt delicately and creatively!

Good job, everybody~

Then, let's move on to

'how to reduce CO2' part, while waiting the paint to dry!

Today, we learned some environmental marks to buy green products.

The students knew well about energy saving mark and energy efficiency grade,

but didn't know GR mark.

What is GR mark? It is a mark for the products

which are made of recycled resources

with a great quality.

Let's not forget GR mark

and buy the products with GR mark! :D

Then, we also learned

what we can do at home and school for the environment.

Charging the cell phone battery only for 2 hours!

Saving water!

The students did resolve to reduce CO2!

Today, the class was so exciting

as the students were more active and brighter than the last class. :)
