PRODUCING LITTLE DAEJAYON

On the day of cool weather,

we moved our foot to Baeksong High School

to meet Little Daejayon.

Unfortunately, a few students couldn’t come to the class due to the school event… 

but we had an instructive Green School environmental class with the rest students!

The theme of today’s theory lecture is Climate War.

So far we have looked at the problems caused by climate change

from a natural science perspective.

Today, we changed our viewpoints to social and cultural consequences.

The emotion of fear and anxiety would be expressed into violence and murder.

 When the survival resources fall short due to climate change,

people become to feel fear and anxiety,

and finally the war with violence would happen.

Even now wars have been continuing for decades on many countries,

such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Colombia, Sierra Leone, Bosnia and Serbia.

How can we prevent the climate war? What should we do for it?

We should make supranational base for the climate change,

and cut the waste of resources!

We should practice to prevent waste of resources.

In a sense, today we will make an eco handkerchief!

Let’s reduce usage of tissue and hand dryer by making the eco handkerchief! :)

We can make the eco handkerchief by just drawing a pretty picture on a white handkerchief.

It is so easy, isn't it? =]

Hand dryer emits CO2 which causes global warming,

and using hand towel reduces trees which absorbs CO2. :(

However!!

when we use the eco handkerchief,

we can save 1 million trees~!!

Baeksong Little Daejayon students were concentrating on drawing a picture~ =]

Wow,

unique and pretty handkerchiefs were made!

From now on, let’s bring the eco handkerchief in our pockets

and use it instead of hand towel and hand dryer! ♥
