PRODUCING LITTLE DAEJAYON

 

Have you heard about “Purmi”?
It’s an environmental program of Korea Environmental Preservation Association, which is an affiliated organization of Ministry of Environment.
From this year, Daejayon and Korea Environmental Preservation Association will give an environmental class together.

 

 

It’s the Guhwon Elementary School located in Songpa-gu.
They will receive the class every Wednesday in April.

 

 

The first class is about “recycling.” She is the teacher from Prumi.

 

 

 

And now it’s time to make a pencil vase with the recycled paper.
It is easy to make so it is a good education material.

 

 

 

At the back of the vase, you can write the name and memo.
This student wrote that “I will not use a disposable product.”

 

 

 

Next is to make an eco-diary with the reusable paper.
Students can design the cover on their own.

 

 

This diary has spring, it’s a beautiful flower.

 

 

At the first page of the diary, write your resolution for saving environment.

 

 

 

When it is done, students can have a stamp. Do you know what the fish is? The answer is…

 

 

Do you know what he is doing? It’s not a painting.

 

 

It’s making a fabric handkerchief.
Students paint the fish which is an endangered species. This is a same one with the stamp.

 

 

And put it on a handkerchief and do the ironing.

 

 

Tada! It’s an eco-friendly handkerchief. And the name of the fish is “acheilognathus signifier.”

 

 

After completing the class, the last section is visiting the environmental bus!
Students looks very joy and excited.

 

 

Here is the inside of the bus.
There equipped the sunlight generation and energy so that students can experience.

 

 

And it gives a video education.
When the lights off, you can enjoy the starry night full of the stars.
