Do you know about "climate refugees"?
Refugees are people who have fled war, violence, conflict or persecution
and have crossed an international border to find safety in another country.

"Climate Refugees" are people who lost their homes due to the climate crisis.
They lost their homes by sea level rise, heavy rain, typhoons due to global heating.
We looked at the stories of climate refugees
and the damage they suffer as global heating continues.
Also, we had a quiz based on the contents of the class.

We could see the active and passionate attitudes of the student council members.
Next, we had time for green idea presentation for climate refugees.
The idea inventions for climate refugees are:
Solar Cow, a solar charging system and Socket Ball, which can light bulbs using electricity
that is converted from kinetic energy created while playing soccer.
Looking at these examples,
the students had time to think about inventions for climate refugees and share their ideas.
They showed brilliant ideas!
We were impress on their empathy to the climate refugees and imagination on the ideas.
