Hello there!

This is Kwangwoon University club SALT. :)

On July 5th, members of SALT put temperature change stickers around the campus

as part of a strategy to maintain proper indoor temperature!

That is why excessive use of air conditioners has become a big problem.

Sometimes air conditioners are operate in empty classrooms where no one is present.

When leaving the room after class, if you do not care to turn off the air conditioner,

the air conditioner will be on too long.

So! We put specially made temperature change stickers

around air conditioner controllers and on conspicuous classroom walls.

Then, what is temperature change sticker? 

This sticker is made of a special material that changes color depending on the temperature.

In summer, when the indoor temperature falls below the appropriate temperature (26-28℃)

because of the overuse of air conditioner, the warning light on the sticker turns red

and looks like a siren ringing!

No more using excessive air conditioners! The main culprit of energy over consumption!

In order to save energy, it is important to keep the optimal indoor temperature

when using the air conditioner, thus creating more enjoyable coolness for everyone.

We put the stickers at places which are easily seen,

so the students can take a look at the temperature change stickers

and observe the proper indoor temperature!
